I love guiding my Society members each week, not o I love guiding my Society members each week, not only through the new style content I share with them, but also in our weekly Q&A!

They get to ask any and all questions, which is honestly my favorite part! I thought I’d share a great question from a member who asked what to wear to an upcoming outdoor event. This is the type of style support you get in the Society! Click the link in bio to learn more!
Let’s talk about using color at work. One of my f Let’s talk about using color at work.

One of my favorite styling strategies is to let one piece do the talking. You can keep the rest of the outfit classic and still create a look that feels current, memorable, and completely appropriate for the office.

This client has a classic, preppy style, so the orange blazer adds visual interest without overwhelming the look. The tailored trousers, silk scarf, and pumps create a polished foundation, while the structured blazer brings in energy and color.

Because the rest of the outfit is refined and classic, the orange feels sophisticated rather than too much.
Now that we are setting aside our sandals, when is Now that we are setting aside our sandals, when is it appropriate to wear open-toed shoes in the fall/winter? In this video, I’m explaining when you can wear an open-toed shoe and when a closed-toe is the better option. #styletipswithmegan
If your outfits are feeling a little predictable, If your outfits are feeling a little predictable, try mixing your prints.

It’s one of the easiest ways to make the pieces you already own feel fresh. The key is knowing how to pair prints so the look feels intentional, not chaotic. Here is how I perosnally approach combining prints for my Style Coaching clients and myself.

Save this for the next time your outfit needs a little something extra.
A Color Story. Want your fall outfits to feel curr A Color Story. Want your fall outfits to feel current? Start with color. 💜

Purple is having a major moment this fall, and this deep plum sweater is such an easy way to bring the season’s color into your wardrobe. It feels rich, seasonal, and fresh without overwhelming the outfit.

Then let the floral skirt set the color story. The purple in the print ties back to the sweater, while the yellow sneakers pick up another shade from the pattern for a fun pop.

Style tip: A colorful print can be your roadmap for the rest of your outfit. Choose one or two shades from the pattern and repeat them throughout your look for an easy, pulled-together combination.
Fall shopping can feel overwhelming quickly. There Fall shopping can feel overwhelming quickly. There’s another capsule wardrobe to buy, another influencer sharing her must-haves, and endless Amazon finds filling your feed.

But you probably don’t need more clothes; you may just need a bit more clarity.

What’s actually current? What in your closet is still working? What feels dated? And what do you actually need to add?

That’s why I created the Fall Style Bundle, featuring the Fall/Winter Shopping List + Fall In & Out Guide.

These are resources I typically provide exclusively inside the SYC Society, but for the first time, I’m making them available together as a bundle!

The fall shoes my clients are actually wearing. 👟🤎 The fall shoes my clients are actually wearing. 👟🤎

A wardrobe that works for you comes down to having a few **current, versatile styles** that work with what you already own, fit your lifestyle, and make getting dressed easier season after season.

A few of the styles I’m loving for fall:

• A sleek sneaker to keep casual outfits polished
• A loafer or ballet flat for an easy step up from sneakers
• A block-heel sandal (bonus points for suede!) for those warm fall days and transitional-weather outfits

These are the kinds of shoes that can take you from jeans to dresses, workdays to weekends, and early fall into the seasons ahead.

Transition weather dressing 🍂 For my Southern cli Transition weather dressing 🍂

For my Southern clients, these floral midi dresses in autumnal hues are an easy way to bring a little fall into your wardrobe while keeping things comfortable in warm temps.

Style Tip: Don’t put away all of your sandals just yet! A neutral tan block-heel sandal pairs beautifully with these dresses and can work well even into winter in the South, depending on the occasion. Or, make the look more casual with sleek white sneakers.

Let your colors and prints say fall while your fabrics and shoes say warm weather. Which one is your favorite?
